Position: Maintenance Head (Large Manufacturing) Food Cairo

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Head to join our team in Cairo. The Maintenance Head will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities in our large food manufacturing facility.
This is a seniorlevel position that requires strong leadership skills technical expertise and a deep understanding of maintenance best practices in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers providing guidance training and support as needed
• Monitor and maintain equipment performance identifying and addressing any issues that may arise
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment is functioning properly
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets ensuring costeffective solutions are implemented
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt production schedules
• Stay uptodate with industry developments and advancements in maintenance technology and implement these as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations in the maintenance department
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of necessary materials and services
• Develop and maintain maintenance records and reports providing regular updates to management on the status of equipment and maintenance activities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and costsaving initiatives within the maintenance department

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance management preferably in a large manufacturing environment
• Proven experience managing a team of maintenance technicians and engineers
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of maintenance best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in a manufacturing setting
• Proficient in MS Office and maintenance management software
