Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. This role will support our Account Managers in managing and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic organized and eager to learn about mechanical insulation and our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects to generate new leads and follow up on existing opportunities.
- Research potential customers and industries to identify key decisionmakers and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Prepare and present sales proposals quotes and contracts under the guidance of Account Managers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and follow up tasks in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
Work Schedule and Hours:
This position follows US Central working hours and days meaning in Egypt/Jordan employees are expected to work from 4PM1AM Monday Friday.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Bachelors degree in business administration Sales Marketing or related field (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in sales customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Motivated selfstarter with a passion for sales and building relationships.
