ECommerce Developer Customer Service Automotive Accessories
Employment Type: FullTime
We are seeking a motivated ECommerce Developer with a strong focus on customer service to join our dynamic team. This role combines technical expertise with exceptional communication skills to enhance our online shopping experience and support our customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- ECommerce Development:
- Design develop and maintain ecommerce websites and applications.
- Collaborate with designers to implement userfriendly interfaces and engaging user experiences.
- Ensure website functionality performance and security through regular testing and updates.
- Customer Service Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to the ecommerce platform.
- Address technical issues faced by customers providing timely and effective solutions.
- Monitor customer feedback and assist in improving product offerings and services based on insights gained
- Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to the ecommerce system including payment processing order management and account issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for ecommerce systems and processes.
- Provide training and support to team members on ecommerce tools and customer service best practices.
- Work with marketing sales and inventory teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in the planning and execution of promotions and new product launches.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology business or ecommerce is a plus.
- Previous experience in ecommerce or online customer service preferably in automotive or related industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and customer service software.
- Problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.
- A passion for cars and automotive accessories is highly desirable.
- Male candidates aged 2535 years old.
- Must be fluent in Arabic
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: Up to QAR3000.00 per month
