الوصف الوظيفي
Position Purpose
Purpose: HSE Specialist is responsible for facilitating compliance with HSE guidelines and Company contractual obligations. Ensure always the safety working environment and prevent any injuries/ accidents and incidents for Company contract operations’ fleet operations and maintenance
Job Summary:
HSE Specialist should be knowledgeable in specific relevant safety techniques and have a working knowledge of the legal and contractual HSE requirements that must be met. Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Shall demonstrate competence in the following areas:
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken English;
• Conduct HSE audits;
• Training for incident prevention;
• Conduct incident investigations and identify underlying causes;
• Monitor compliance to health requirements rules and regulations
• Monitor compliance and identify ways of reducing environmental impact ensure compliance to environmental requirements rules and regulations
•Management of hazards and advising on suitable measures which can be used for preventing and ultimately recovering from accident situations;
• Develop and facilitate implementation of Company Contract HSE Plans;
•Ensure to comply with the applicable Company HSE policies standards and procedures including emergency procedures.
