Through strategic relationship-building and tailored sales strategies, this role demands a results-driven professional dedicated to promoting our e-learning solutions. Key Responsibilities Cultivate and enhance profitable relationships with key strategic accounts to solidify our market presence and drive business growth. Develop and execute compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of potential clients, ensuring alignment with our e-learning offerings. Aggressively target identified leads, connecting with decision-makers to initiate and progress the sales cycle. Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis, as set by sales leadership. Foster and maintain ongoing communication with current clients to explore opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and sales activities within our CRM system. Promptly address customer concerns and resolve issues to uphold the company's reputation for excellence. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to devise and implement effective sales strategies and solutions for qualified prospects. Required Competencies Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, preferably within the e-learning or IT sector in Doha,Qatar. A proven track record in sales, business development, and account management. Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales opportunities. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to forge lasting relationships. Proficiency in both strategic and tactical aspects of sales management. Capacity to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve business objectives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a B2B environment, particularly in e-learning or IT industries. In-depth knowledge of sales cycles and managing a sales pipeline. Proven negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities. Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic with superior written, editing, and verbal communication skills.
