The R&D operation position will be responsible for procurement and logistics processes across various projects in the R&D department.
What you will be doing:
- Responsibility for endtoend operational aspects of R&D projects including working in a dynamic environment across multiple interfaces and under a tight schedule:
- Lead and control the R&D logistic process.
- Plan and support material flow R&D and consumable (order monitoring tracking control)
- Manage internal price list and RMA process.
- Develop and implement methodologies for supply planning and process.
- Working with subcontractors and vendors.
- Responsibility for department tools and inventory management.
- Leading and controlling R&D requirements to meet their projects schedule.
- Bridge and facilitate between R&D engineering and operation.

Requirements :
- Bachelor s degree or above preferably in Industrial Engineering/supply chain/ logistics
- 13 years of experience in coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
- Work experience with subcontractors and vendors.
- Service and Detailoriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Perform problems troubleshooting and find quick solutions.
- Maintain productive working relationships with all R&D groups & Operations.
- High level of oral and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Flexible thinking and quick adaptation to changes.
- Experience with ERP systems/Agile Advantage
- Highlevel proficiency in Excel Advantage
