- Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead influence and encourage others; advocate sound financial/business decisionmaking; demonstrate honesty/integrity; leads by example.
- Encourage and builds mutual trust respect and cooperation among team members.
- Serve as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
- Supervise and manage employees. Manage all daytoday operations.
- Conducting performance reviews and ensuring that all equipment and supplies are working properly.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to organize manage and supervise the delivery and retrieval of luggage and the fast and efficient parking of cars during large events such as parties and weddings.
- Coordinate luggage deliveries and distribute pertinent guest arrival and departure details to team members.
- Supervising Bellmen transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests.
- Inspect guest rooming standards and acquaint guests with rooms and their features.
- Guiding and directing valet parking operations to ensure services are in alignment with guest expectations and established standards.
- Supervise the activities directly related to providing valet parkingrelated services while ensuring the safety and security of all vehicles.
- Ensure team members have current and up to date knowledge of hotel products services facilities events pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events.
- Establish and maintain open collaborative relationships with employees and ensures employees do the same within the team.
- Ensure concierge team effectively handles guest requests and adheres to all hotel policies procedures and standards while striving towards total guest satisfaction.
- Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service operational needs and financial objectives are met.
- Ensure that regular ongoing communication is happening with employees to create awareness of business objectives and communicates expectations recognizes performance and produces desired results.
Qualifications :
- Previous hospitality experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills required.
