What will I be doing
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Lead manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts reports and analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to support sales efforts.
- Coach and train sales team members on sales techniques product knowledge and effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends customer needs and market dynamics to drive sales growth.
What are we looking for
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret sales data and metrics.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills to drive sales initiatives.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Flexibility to travel and work in a dynamic fastpaced sales environment
