Hill International is a global leader in project management and construction consulting services. Our clients include government agencies private developers and contractors.
We are seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join our team in Madinah Saudi Arabia. This is a fulltime permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of highprofile projects in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 software
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues
Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure project milestones are met
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for clients and stakeholders
Conduct schedule analysis and recommend solutions to improve project efficiency
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project schedule
Train and mentor junior planning engineers on scheduling best practices
Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration of project schedules with other project elements such as cost and risk management
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction projects
Proficiency in Primavera P6 software
Strong understanding of construction methods processes and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working on projects in the Middle East is preferred
PMP or PSP certification is a plus
