Hill International is a global construction consulting firm that specializes in project management construction claims and consulting services. With over 4500 employees in over 100 offices worldwide Hill International has a proven track record of successfully managing largescale projects in various industries including transportation healthcare and government.
Hill International is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Director to join our team in Madinah Saudi Arabia. The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a major construction project including planning budgeting scheduling and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the project team to ensure successful completion of the project within budget and on schedule
Develop and implement project plans including budget schedule and resource allocation
Monitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing any issues or delays
Collaborate with clients contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Oversee the procurement process including contract negotiations and vendor management
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations codes and standards
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
Manage and mentor project team members providing guidance and support as needed
Conduct regular project meetings and prepare progress reports for senior management
Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and promote a culture of safety on the project site
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field
Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management preferably in the construction industry
Proven track record of successfully managing largescale projects from conception to completion
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
Extensive knowledge of project management principles techniques and tools
Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred
Fluency in English is required proficiency in Arabic is a plus
Willingness to relocate to Madinah Saudi Arabia for the duration of the contract
