Job Title: Senior Performance Management Specialist
Scope:
Senior Performance Management Specialist to lead and
enhance our Performance Management System (PMS) using the Odoo platform. This role is critical to
ensuring the effectiveness of performance evaluation processes driving employee development and
aligning performance goals with the organizations objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in HR performance management and a proven track record of managing performance cycles
in a corporate environment
Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management System (PMS) Oversight:
Lead the endtoend management of the companys performance management cycle using
the Odoo platform.
Collaborate with HR and department leaders to ensure the PMS is aligned with the
companys goals and objectives.
Continuously review and improve performance management processes to drive efficiency
and effectiveness.
Manage and optimize the PMS module on the system to support business needs.
2. Performance Evaluation and Reporting:
Develop and implement performance evaluation tools and methodologies that align with
industry best practices.
Ensure timely and accurate performance reviews goal tracking and development plans
across all departments.
Generate and analyze performance reports and metrics using Odoo providing actionable
insights for leadership.
3. Continuous Improvement:
Identify and recommend improvements to the performance management process to
increase employee engagement productivity and alignment with business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management and HR
technology incorporating innovations into the companys practices.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
Partner with HR and department leaders to ensure the performance management process is
transparent fair and supportive of employee development.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all matters related to performance
management and employee development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Masters
degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management HR operations or a related
field.
Strong knowledge of performance management best practices and HR technology solutions.
Preferred to have experience with the Odoo platform.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret performance data and metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
