Enhancing our employer branding will be a key priority, which includes building strong relationships with local universities to attract top talent. You will actively participate in career fairs and recruitment events to showcase our organization and engage with potential candidates.
A vital aspect of your role is to maintain and update a comprehensive job descriptions database, ensuring that all positions are accurately represented. You will create user guides and training materials to streamline the hiring process, making it more efficient for both candidates and hiring teams.

Academic Qualifications
