- Provide regular reports to management on campaign performance with actionable insights for improvement.
- Innovate and curate exclusive memorable VIP experiences to strengthen brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Retail Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 710 years of highend retail experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in marketing for highend luxury brands.
- Experience crafting and implementing VIPcentric marketing strategies.
- Strong creative ability to design unique and premium VIP experiences.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey a brands luxury ethos.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of luxury products and market dynamics.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Fulltime position with flexibility for additional duties as required.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant experience is an advantage.
