الوصف الوظيفي
- Must be familiar with overseas recruitment for Blue & White Collar with QVC new process
- Assist teams in screening resume
- Schedule calls and interviews
- Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
- Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interview
- Participate in recruiting events
- Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Offer letter arrangement and follow ups
- Handling overseas business partners
- Coordination with immigration team for visa processing
- Perfect knowledge for blue collar overseas new hiring process
- Should have experience working in construction company
- Should have experience hiring bulk number of workforce
- Capable to work under pressure
- 12 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment life cycle
- Perfect knowledge for Blue/White collar category
- Technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Immediate joining.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: QAR4500.00 QAR5000.00 per month
