Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Office Administrator/Recruiter to join our manpower recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daytoday administrative tasks while also playing an integral role in sourcing screening and recruiting candidates for various positions across different industries.
Key Responsibilities:Office Administration:
- Manage daily office operations including answering phone calls handling correspondence and scheduling meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure that the office is organized and running smoothly.
- Prepare documents reports and presentations for internal and external use.
- Assist with the filing recordkeeping and database management of employee and candidate records.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments for officerelated activities such as onboarding training and team coordination.
- Handle any additional tasks assigned by management.
Recruitment:
- Develop job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards company websites and social media.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including online platforms networking referrals and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial candidate screening including reviewing resumes conducting phone interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for various roles ensuring that manpower needs are met on time.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team including organizing interview schedules and maintaining communication with applicants.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: QAR1000.00 QAR1800.00 per month
