Data Management Specialist

Job Title: Data Management Specialist (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality security and compliance with regulations.
• Manage and integrate data from various sources ensuring consistency and accuracy across different systems and platforms.
• Monitor update and maintain databases and data management systems to ensure they are functioning optimally.
• Conduct data quality assessments and audits identifying and resolving data discrepancies and inaccuracies.
• Provide support and training to staff on data management best practices tools and systems.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data management processes policies and systems.
• Generate and analyze data reports to support decisionmaking and provide insights into data trends and patterns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Data Management Information Technology Computer Science or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in data management are a plus.
• Experience in data management database administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in data management tools and technologies such as SQL Excel and database management systems (e.g. MySQL Oracle SQL Server).
• Strong understanding of data governance principles data quality management and data integration techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing and analyzing data.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
