Job Title: Case Management Analyst (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Business Administration or Social Work.
- Experience in case management or a related field.
- Experience with case management software and databases.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess evaluate and resolve complex cases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients healthcare providers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems insurance processes and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Case Management (CCM or equivalent) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience in creating detailed reports and maintaining comprehensive case documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic and customerfocused approach.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
