Sales Manager solid waste management

• MSc in Environmental Science or a related field

• Freshers or 12 years of relevant experience in sales preferably in the waste management or environmental services sector.

• Business Development: Identify potential clients partners and markets to expand the companys waste management services.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with municipalities industrial clients and private companies requiring waste management solutions.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends client needs and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
• Proposal & Bidding: Assist in preparing proposals bids and tenders for waste management projects ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
• Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets driving growth in revenue and market share.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the companys waste management services and solutions to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project .
