الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities
Manage release plan for the Initiatives across the environments UAT PreProd and Prod.
Coordinate with stakeholders (Dev QA Operations) to schedule and plan releases.
Ensure alignment of release schedules with business objectives and customer requirements.
Define and implement release management processes and best practices.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with releases including potential impacts on existing systems.
Communicate release schedules status and issues to stakeholders including technical teams and
management.
Prepare and present release reports.
Ensure that release documentation is uptodate and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the release management process.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Release Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of systems and processes (Banking domain is preferable but not MUST)
Proficient with release management tools and techniques (Git JIRA Pipelines)
Hands on SDLC and deployment processes.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) is a plus.
