UXUI Designer

Overview

Key responsibilities

• Create wireframes prototypes and user flows based on user needs and business requirements.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements and feedback.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web mobile and other digital platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data to continuously improve user experience.
• Create and maintain design guidelines documentation and assets for developers and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and creativity in design.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and fidelity of designs during implementation.
• Collaborate with product managers to align design solutions with business goals and user needs.
• Communicate and present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Advocate for usercentered design principles and best practices within the organization.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture through sharing knowledge and providing constructive feedback.
• Identify and address design challenges and opportunities to optimize user experience and business impact.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to contribute innovative ideas and ensure design quality.
• Support and contribute to the evolution and improvement of the overall design process and workflow.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and shipping successful digital products across various platforms and devices.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma InVision or similar software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects and the ability to explain design decisions.
• Understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to conduct user research usability testing and analyze data to inform design solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate and advocate for design decisions.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams and with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of frontend development technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive solutionoriented approach to design challenges.
• Passion for innovation creativity and continuous learning in the field of user experience and interface design.
• Experience with accessibility and inclusive design practices is a plus.
• Understanding of agile and iterative design processes and methodologies is preferred.
