The role: Social Media Manager
Are you passionate about storytelling content curation and creating social media magic
Kalvium is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who can take charge of our social
channels and create an impact by curating compelling content from our 16 campuses
across India. You will coordinate with program teams to capture the most exciting events
experiences and stories from our campuses turning them into engaging narratives that
inspire and captivate our audience. From producing videos that showcase our students
achievements to amplifying campus events with a unique Kalvium twist youll be the
creative force behind our online presence.
What will you do
Curate and Create Content: Collaborate with campus teams to capture key
events and stories; produce engaging videos photos and posts to showcase
Kalviums dynamic campus life and achievements.
Drive Social Media Campaigns: Develop creative campaigns across Instagram
Facebook LinkedIn and other platforms to boost engagement and grow followers.
Tell Compelling Stories: Craft narratives that highlight student success campus
activities and unique events positioning Kalvium as a leader in CSE education.
Build Partnerships: Partner with university social media handles influencers and
external pages to enhance visibility and audience reach.
Manage Content Calendar: Ensure a steady flow of diverse highquality content
across all platforms.
Analyze and Optimize: Track social media metrics to assess content effectiveness
and refine strategies for growth.
Engage and Respond: Foster strong online communities by actively engaging with
followers and managing Kalviums reputation.
Collaborate for Excellence: Work with video editors graphic designers and other
team members to deliver outstanding content weekly.
Requirements
46 years of experience in social media management with a knack for storytelling
and content curation.
Proven track record of running successful campaigns on Instagram Facebook and
LinkedIn.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple content streams and deadlines.
Excellent written communication and visual storytelling abilities.
Experience in analytics tools and datadriven content optimization.
Ability to build partnerships and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Passion for education technology and social media innovation.
Handson experience with social media and creative platforms (e.g. Canva Adobe
Suite)
Creative thinker with a proactive approach and a sense of humour
