We are actively seeking dynamic and motivated Business Development Trainees to join our team.


Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Type: Work from Office & Fulltime
Salary/CTC: A fixed stipend of 20000 per month will be offered during the training period. Based on performance evaluation the CTC will be in the range of 3 to 5 LPA post training / internship.

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent MBA graduates to launch their careers in business development and sales. We will be visiting campuses both online and offline to recruit for this position.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
  • Analyze competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and determine their conversion potential.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings presentations and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals contracts and sales presentations.
  • Follow up with clients postpresentation to address any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and current information.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement new business strategies.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively in Both Hindi and English.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Capability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Analytical Skills: Competence in analyzing market trends competitor data and lead potential.
  • Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing tasks schedules and CRM systems efficiently.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: Aptitude for identifying issues and developing practical solutions.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing market conditions and business needs.
Qualifications:
  • Any graduation is mandatory.
  • Internships or parttime experience in sales marketing or customer service is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic and selfmotivated with a passion for sales and business development.
