Role: Solution Specialist(SMB) (SaaS Sales)
Exp: 3Yrs
Location: Gurgaon
Working Mode: 5 Days WFO

Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our business development
team with previous software solution sales and/or business development experience. As a
Solution Specialist (SMB) within our sales team for the small & medium businesses your
main role will be to identify win and retain clients in India with a strong customer focus and
excellent interpersonal skills you will confidently manage the full corporate sales cycle from
initial inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire indepth knowledge of FieldAssist software
  • Generate leads conduct prospecting lead follow up from telesales led activities
  • Deliver corporate presentations and software demonstrations
  • Qualify and manage opportunities including writing proposals and responding to queries
  • Negotiate and close the deal with the key stakeholders of the customer
  • Competitor and customer analysis to identify & explore potential markets
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Monitor and report on all activities and pipelines
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and build effective client relationship

Desired skills and experience:
  • Minimum 2 years sales/business development experience in the technology industry
  • Proven experience in leading teams managing conflicts and driving performance to achieve organizational goals
  • Experience in CRM/ERP or B2B SME level software
  • Experience in SaaS/Cloud is an added advantage
  • Ability to influence decisionmakers at all levels
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Selfmotivated and target driven
  • Prepared to travel
