Role
Oversee the daily operations of the schools cafeteria and dining services.
Ensure high standards of food quality hygiene and safety.
Develop and plan nutritious menus that cater to the preferences of students and staff.
Manage inventory order supplies and negotiate with suppliers for costeffective purchasing.
Supervise and train kitchen staff ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Monitor and control food costs minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
Audits in the stores and kitchen. Pest control
Ensure that all areas of the campus are clean hygienic and wellmaintained.
Oversee the management of guest services ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Coordinate and manage the logistics for school events including guest accommodation and catering.
Manage the housekeeping team to ensure all areas of the school are clean and wellmaintained.
Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Hotel Management Hospitality Management or a related field.
Proven experience as an F&B Manager Hospitality Manager or similar role in a school hotel or large facility.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations hygiene standards and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost control.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
2 Saturdays working and 2 off.
