Job Description

Location: Hyderabad (Preference for Teluguspeaking candidates or familiarity with Telugu culture)

Job Overview: Our luxury jewelry brand seeks an experienced Digital Ad Manager to drive our presence and conversionfocused campaigns on social media primarily on Instagram YouTube LinkedIn. This role requires coordinating with our outsourced senior creative team to guide manage and post highquality engaging content. The ideal candidate will understand the digital marketing landscape particularly for jewelry and be adept at leveraging these platforms to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

  1. PlatformSpecific Strategy & Execution:
    • Instagram: Lead campaign development including Stories Reels and Shopping ads focusing on high engagement and conversions.
    • YouTube: Plan and implement video campaigns ensuring content aligns with brand aesthetics and drives viewership.
    • LinkedIn: Manage LinkedIn posts and comments plus networking communication to target highnetworth clients and industry influencers.
    • Oversee scheduling and posting maintaining a content calendar that aligns with brand promotions seasonal trends and product launches across all platforms.
  2. Coordination & Collaboration:
    • Act as the bridge between our brand and the outsourced creative team.
    • Supply the creative team with all necessary assets including jewelry photos product details and insights into current trends and audience preferences.
    • Gather and share data on relevant trends competitor activity and social media best practices.
  3. Content & Ad Optimization:
    • Assist to Develop monitor and optimize content /ad campaigns tailored to each platforms audience dynamics.
    • Focus on content and ad formats specific to each platform enhancing visibility and engagement with target audiences.
  4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Generate bimonthly/monthly reports on key metrics (engagement reach CTR conversions) specific to Instagram YouTube LinkedIn.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance continuously.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Growth in platformspecific engagement rates on Instagram YouTube LinkedIn.
  • Increase in content/addriven conversions (target percentage for jewelry sales or inquiries).
  • Lead quality and volume from platformspecific content/ad campaigns.
  • Efficiency in managing and adhering to social media calendar schedules.
  • Responsiveness in coordinating with the creative team for timely content delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in digital advertising and social media management for jewelry luxury or fashion sectors.
  • Proven success in managing campaigns on Instagram YouTube and LinkedIn with demonstrated ROI.
  • Knowledge of Telugu language and culture is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage diverse social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities to streamline workflows with creative teams.
  • Proactive in identifying and integrating jewelry industry trends and cultural insights into campaigns.
