Sales & Marketing Coordinator Cx & Rx

Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for both internal and external sales marketing communication coordination efforts behind initiatives with a focus on event planning media relations marketing website updates.
He/she will also be a focal support point for GM and Sales & Marketing teams within Saudi Arabia.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides overall coordination and oversight of the Companys marketing programs including event planning website updates social media content updates advertising promotional material proposal and prequalification material.
- Primarily responsible for contract management logistics management and budget management for all internal and industry partner events.
- Order and track all promotional material for Company and networking events.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure highquality and timely of event content/programs
- Accountable to manage all Event budgets. Monitors event budgets and is responsible for reconciliation of event expenses.
- Collaborate to integrate sponsorships tradeshows and industry organizations into events as appropriate.
- Partner with other department team members to ensure successful of events.
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with external vendors and supervises their work.
- Required to analyze measure and report results of all marketing initiatives.
- Responsible for the Companys social media content oversight of all social media accounts to include Facebook LinkedIn Twitter and Instagram. Ensure coordination with Marketing team for social media content.
- Assist team to design and request content creation for all marketing material to include but not limited to brochures flyers holiday cards meeting presentations etc.
- Responsible to work with media agency partners for seamless .
- Oversee the daytoday communications with key media partners and vendors.
- Responsible to oversee and reconcile the media budget.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years relevant experience working in a support role in Marketing required
- Prior experience in FMCG/ Pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Prior experience in social media management preferred
- Experience in graphic design software tools preferred.
- English excellent (spoken & written).
- Arabic language (spoken & written)
- ONLY SAUDI NATIONALS will be considered.
