ob Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Ramco ERP Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Ramco ERP Functional Consultant you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to clients in implementing configuring and customizing Ramco ERP solutions to meet their business needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements design and implement solutions and provide training and support to ensure successful implementation of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and support to clients in implementing configuring and customizing Ramco ERP solutions.
  
• Analyze client requirements and design solutions to meet their business needs.
  
• Configure and customize Ramco ERP modules such as Financials HCM SCM CRM etc.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful implementation of the system.
  
• Provide training and support to clients on the use of Ramco ERP solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Ramco ERP solutions.
  
• Stay uptodate with the latest features and releases of Ramco ERP solutions.
  
• Participate in the development of new features and enhancements for Ramco ERP solutions.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  
• At least 5 years of experience in an ERP implementation or consulting role.
  
• Strong knowledge of Ramco ERP solutions and their functional modules.
  
• Experience with configuration and customization of Ramco ERP solutions.
  
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
  
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
