Job Description
We are seeking a talented and selfmotivated UI Consultant with substantial experience in UI development to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining complex React applications while ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze new requirements and provide impact analysis addressing technical design and identifying individual tasks.
- Design develop and maintain complex React applications ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (UI/UX product management QA) to deliver highquality products.
- Write clean wellstructured and maintainable code confirming to established standards of the organization.
- Stay uptodate with the latest React and JavaScript technologies and trends implementing them to enhance user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Identify and develop reusable components for efficient code practices.
- Manage deadlines and resources to ensure timely delivery of UI components.
- Integrate REST APIs and ensure smooth application performance.
- Increase code quality through unit testing and effective debugging.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff fostering a collaborative team environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in UI development with a strong focus on React.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a design team.
- Indepth knowledge of React Redux TypeScript JavaScript HTML5 and CSS3.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills able to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with micro frontend architecture using module federation and core JavaScript practices.
- Good understanding of REST Web API integration and security practices.
- Exposure to Azure PaaS projects and CI/CD release processes would be an added advantage.
