As a Business Analyst you will:

• Collaborate with a scrum team focused on employer and advisor portals working to achieve the strategic goals of the Pension Company.
  
• Conduct indepth analysis to understand client needs challenges and opportunities translating them into clear functional specifications.
  
• Test stakeholder requirements for feasibility and translate them into functional specifications.
  
• Define and refine IT requirements in collaboration with developers.
  
• Develop test plans and perform test cases guiding users through General Acceptance Testing (GAT).
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in business analysis within the pensions domain (product and process knowledge is a must).
  
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (APPS)MsD for business analysis purposes.
  
• A track record of realizing ambitious change projects in agile environments.
