Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate major changes within a complex financial organization.
- Conduct comprehensive impact analyses for complex changes ensuring timely escalation when necessary.
- Be in control of delivery by planning organizing and tracking progress to completion.
- Lead crossdepartmental analyses including RFPs and complex decommissioning projects ensuring alignment across technical and business aspects.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation by applying Agile methodologies especially in scaled Agile settings.
- 810 years of proven experience in project management within complex financial organizations.
- Expertise in stakeholder management planning and coordination.
- Strong understanding of IT concepts and bankingrelated technologies.
- Experience in coordinating businesscritical changes across departments.
- Solid background in managing technical projects especially around RFPs decommissioning and major business transitions.
- Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
- Lead largescale initiatives in an Agile environment with precision and efficiency.
- Execute detailed impact analyses on complex financial and ITrelated changes.
- Manage stakeholders effectively and navigate complex organizational structures.

As a Project Manager, you will: Oversee and coordinate major changes within a complex financial organization. Conduct comprehensive impact analyses for complex changes, ensuring timely escalation when necessary. Be in control of delivery by planning, organizing, and tracking progress to completion. Lead cross-departmental analyses, including RFPs and complex decommissioning projects, ensuring alignment across technical and business aspects. Drive continuous improvement and innovation by applying Agile methodologies, especially in scaled Agile settings. What You Bring to the Table: 8-10 years of proven experience in project management within complex financial organizations. Expertise in stakeholder management, planning, and coordination. Strong understanding of IT concepts and banking-related technologies. Experience in coordinating business-critical changes across departments. Solid background in managing technical projects, especially around RFPs, decommissioning, and major business transitions. Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
