Description:
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in HR systems transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background capable of actively leading architectural work while being selfmotivated. You will be responsible for leading four major transformation programs in the HR domain and managing a team of 45 solution architects and data architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture initiatives for HR systems transformation ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps that support transformation objectives
• Direct a team of solution architects and data architects providing guidance and support
• Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders to foster collaboration
• Actively share knowledge provide advice and drive initiatives with stakeholders

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Proven experience in defining architectures and developing roadmaps within the enterprise architecture framework
• Strong understanding of SAP implementations particularly in the HR domain including familiarity with SuccessFactors Legion and UKG
• Ability to analyze needs and translate them into actionable roadmaps understanding the connections and impacts of various activities

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively
• Strong organizational skills enabling a comprehensive understanding of activities and their interconnections within the architectural landscape
