The Transformation Lead will play a crucial role in planning facilitating and driving the transformation activities for the Technology Services Operating Model (TSOM). This role requires a close collaboration within a triumvirate consisting of the TS Manager Program Manager and the Transformation Lead.
TS Manager: Provides strategic and tactical leadership.
Program Manager: Responsible for the holistic planning and of the TSOM program.
Transformation Lead: Drives the change related to structures processes enabling technologies and the new Ways of Working (WoW).
The Transformation Lead will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the operating model by focusing on the following key transformation areas:
Strategy: Create a comprehensive view of the operating model design outlining each layer of the structure and leading the transformation activities.
Sourcing Strategy: Oversee the overall strategy for Technology Services including key portfolio offerings (product taxonomy and services).
People: Design the organizational structure identify key roles and determine the necessary competencies.
Processes: Redesign key consumer journeys define new WoW in a productcentric organization and establish governance measurements and metrics (OKRs).
Technology: Develop a strategic technology portfolio and roadmap covering technology rationalization platform maturity enablement automation AI/ML integration and shiftleft initiatives.
Change Management & Cultural Transformation: Lead change management and cultural evolution across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a detailed plan for the TSOM transformation.
Align the new operating model with strategic objectives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Continuously monitor progress adjust strategies as needed and drive cultural change across the organization.
Requirements:
