Job Description
- Develop and implement test strategies and plans.
- Define and establish test levels together with the customer.
- Plan organize and lead test activities throughout the projects lifecycle.
- Ensure that test processes are followed and continuously improved.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and solve testrelated issues.
- Report test results and progress to project management and the customer.
Requirements
- Experience working as a test leader in software development preferably in the automotive sector.
- Good knowledge of test methods test tools and automation.
- Ability to define and implement test strategies and plans.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in leading test teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with the customer.
- Relevant university degree in IT computer science or equivalent.
- Knowledge of embedded systems and experience working with hardware. About the assignment
- The project is carried out in our facilitates in Gothenburg you should be in the office some days a week.
