Role Overview:
As a Czech Speaking Technical Customer Advisor your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional technical support to our Czechspeaking customers. You will address a wide range of inquiries regarding Microsoft products troubleshoot technical issues and deliver solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. This position requires onsite presence in Sofia where you will collaborate closely with a dedicated team to provide toptier support and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Duties:
- Provide Technical Assistance: Offer prompt and effective support to customers experiencing technical difficulties with Microsoft products through various communication channels including chat email and phone.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Quickly identify and resolve customer concerns ensuring timely and effective solutions while maintaining high service standards.
- Develop Product Knowledge: Gain indepth knowledge of Microsoft products and services to deliver accurate and helpful technical support to customers.
- Maintain Professional Communication: Engage with customers in a friendly professional and empathetic manner to build trust and foster positive relationships.
- Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions issues and resolutions within our CRM system.
- Contribute to Feedback: Share insights and feedback with management and technical teams on recurring customer issues and potential areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery and share best practices.
- Adhere to Company Policies: Follow all company guidelines including maintaining customer confidentiality and complying with data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Czech (both written and spoken) is required along with good English skills for internal communication.
- Technical Interest: Strong interest in technology with the ability to quickly learn about Microsoft products and services.
- Experience in Customer Support: Previous experience in customer support especially in a technical role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong Communication Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex technical issues to customers.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and familiar with various software applications; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
