As a System and EndUser Administrator you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Your expertise in Microsoft technologies and proactive approach will help support endusers and maintain efficient IT services. Working across multiple locations you will ensure the continuous availability of key systems while collaborating closely with global teams.
What you will do:
- Offer daytoday hardware and software support for endusers
- Work with Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) solutions and vulnerability assessment tools such as DattoRMM and Qualys
- Administer Active Directory and associated services (DNS DHCP File services etc)
- Monitor and configure local networks
- Install and manage local servers
- Implement information security controls and IT operation standards in collaboration with other teams
- Participate in internal audits to assess information security and data protection
What you bring & who you are:
- University degree or 3rd year of Higher education
- At least 23 years experience of EndUser Support
- Knowledge in Windows server administration
- Experience in working in a matrix organization
- Eager to solve complex and challenging tasks
- Proactive and solutionoriented approach
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge in Networking technologies is a strong plus
- Knowledge and Experience with Microsoft365 is a strong plus
- Certificates in Microsoft Technologies is as a plus
- Knowledge in RMM solutions is a plus
About the team:
Youll be part of the Axpo Bulgaria IT team working closely with colleagues in Group IT based in Baden and Madrid. The team values collaboration and strives for excellence in IT services infrastructure management and enduser support across multiple locations.
