HR Manager

A wellestablished multinational conglomerate company located in Makati City is looking to fill an HR Manager role. This role is responsible for providing a leadership role for all facets of human resources and administration including partnering advising coordinating and consulting with management on strategic staffing plans talent acquisition compensation and benefits training and development employee engagement performance management employee retention programs and labor relations and implementation of company policies that concern employees including the personnel handbook code of conduct and employee discipline.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of working experience in the Construction industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology Human Resource Management or any related field
• Demonstrated expertise on all facets of HR
