Are you an Italian Native speaker with solid English skills (B2) passionate about tech and helping others Join our dynamic team in Lisbon and deliver exceptional technical support for a wellknown client (confidential).

What Youll Do:

• Provide topnotch support via phone email and chat
• Assist with presales general inquiries and technical issues
• Resolve product and softwarerelated problems with a customerfirst approach
• Collaborate with technicians and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain brand consistency in all communications and manage your ticket queue

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM 08:00 PM (rotational)
• Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM

What We Offer:

• Salary: 1000 (14 months)
• Additional Benefits: 120 /month 7.23 /day for meals
• Relocation Package: Room in a shared apartment (280 /month all utilities included) reimbursement for airfare up to 400
