Take ownership of recruiting projects, such as ramp ups in a country or recruiting drives for specific skill sets and tools.
Responsible for candidate engagement: craft compelling messages and provide personalized experiences to potential candidates.
Drive efforts to make Siemens Mobility the employer of choice in the region by participating in employer branding, university relations and localization initiatives in the region.
Partner with hiring managers, P&O Business Partners and recruiters to present pre-qualified candidates that fit their needs
