Overview
The HR Analyst plays a crucial role in the FMCG industry in Bangalore by providing actionable insights through data analysis and reporting enabling informed decisionmaking in the areas of talent acquisition employee engagement and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize HRIS to gather and analyze workforce data
- Prepare and generate HR metrics reports
- Conduct adhoc data analysis to support HR initiatives
- Assist in talent acquisition analytics and reporting
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards for key stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR business partners to identify data needs
- Assist in evaluating HR programs and processes using data
- Participate in HR data integrity and quality assurance efforts
- Support in the development of HR forecasting models
- Contribute to the automation of HR data processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Statistics or related field
- 4 years of experience in HR data analysis or related role
- Proficiency in HR systems and HRIS
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to use pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience with reporting tools and dashboard development
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Understanding of HR processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
