Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough investigations of property damage claims for residential commercial and industrial properties.
Review insurance policies to determine coverage exclusions and limits.
Estimate repair costs using industrystandard methods.
Analyze damage assessments to determine claim validity and settlement amounts.
Resolve disputes related to coverage liability and repair costs.
Maintain accurate records of claims activities.

Requirements:

35 years in property loss adjusting or related field.
Strong background in property insurance claims.
Experience with complex or largeloss property claims.
Role involves office work and fieldwork.
