Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have 45 years of experience in safety management and will be responsible for ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
. Provide safety training to employees
. Investigate and report on accidents and near misses
. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
. Collaborate with management to address safety concerns
. Maintain safety records and documentation

45 years of experience in safety management
Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Certification in safety management or related field is a plus
