Job Description
As an Enterprise Systems Analyst you will act as the primary liaison between department managers business users and IT personnel with a focus on addressing internal customer requirements related to Enterprise Applications including Oracle ERP and related solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass gathering requirements communicating effectively with IT analyzing and testing solutions as well as developing and maintaining documentation and providing training on proposed solutions.

Lead the Charge: Your Impactful Role
- Gather requirements design develop integrate test and support reliable and reusable business application solutions around Oracle ERP and related applications.
- Define and manage Oracle ERP projects to maximize benefits scalability speedtomarket and upgradeability.
- Evaluate application capabilities within the Oracle ERP operations portfolio to identify gaps and develop application strategies that enhance business performance effectiveness and maintainability.
- Identify and address the root causes of production problems leveraging a strong background in resolving application support issues.
- Collaborate with IT personnel to define new workflows tools or systems that support efficiency.
- Formulate and document requirements design specifications and test plans for SCM CRM and Finance applications including reports interfaces conversions and enhancements.
- Bridge the gap between functional and business expertise for IT personnel and business users.
- Participate in design sessions with architects and developers on other projects providing support and guidance as appropriate.
- Perform general tasks including project management team facilitation business case development business process assessment strategy analysis and deployment.
- Conduct enduser training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users.
- Undertake various other project tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience managing business requirements in Oracle ERP implementations.
- Strong technical knowledge of Oracle EBusiness Suite SCM CRM and Finance modules.
- Experience with Tableau and Discoverer reporting tools is a plus.
- Detailoriented and resultsdriven with the ability to perform in a deadlinedriven environment.
- Bachelor s Degree preferably in Computer Science Information Technology MIS or a comparable major.

The Right Specs: What It Takes to Join Our Tech Team Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Proficiency with ConnectWise or similar ticketing systems. Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
