Position Overview:
We are seeking a PreSales Specialist to join our team and support the sales process for our payment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial technology payment systems and the ability to communicate complex technical information to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and provide innovative solutions through Interpays products and services.
Conduct indepth market and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
Build and maintain longterm relationships with potential customers.
Prepare presentations and marketing reports that clearly explain the features and benefits of our solutions.
Coordinate with sales and development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies to increase market share.
Participate in the training and skills development of the sales team.
Provide technical and sales support to existing customers ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Provide technical expertise during client meetings and proposal development.
Analyze client requirements and develop customized solution recommendations
Respond to RFPs and prepare technical documentation
Stay updated on industry trends competitor offerings and our product roadmap
Support postsales handoff to ensure smooth client onboarding
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelors degree in computer science Finance or related field
3 years of experience in the fintech and electronic payment solutions industry.
Strong understanding of payment technologies protocols and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
Willingness to travel as needed
