Job Description:
- Achieve sales targets per Brand and per SKU
- Review monthly KPIs report and ensure all teams KPIs are met
- Analyze sales and determine growth & cost cut opportunities
- Direct coach the supervisors and handle any customer issues related to the area under their supervision.
- Support the Routing Team on the routes periodically and match actual locations with their coordinates
- Approve updates of customers lists and removal of nonactive customers from the routes
- Perform periodic field visits to evaluate and report the sales teams performance and the market situation
- Monitor and report the status of competitive products in the market continuously
- Follow up on commercial marketing equipment (displays at customers) and periodically report their status
- Develop the skills of his/her sales team to enable them of doing their job and improving their performance
- Ensure the company policies are implemented and complied with by the sales team
- Communicate effectively and continuously with management and staff
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree
- 57 years of FMCG Retail Sales experience
- Outstanding Leadership Capabilities
- Customer Orientation & Taking initiatives
- Decision Making & Follow up Skills
- Effective communication & Conflict Management Skills
- Excellent Command of English
