الوصف الوظيفي
The financial Analyst will support the financial operations by analyzing financial data preparing detailed reports and aiding in strategic decisionmaking. The role requires a thorough understanding of financial principles and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial statements including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements. Evaluate financial performance and identify trends variances and areas for improvement.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future financial performance and assess the impact of various business scenarios.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports dashboards and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and clarity in financial reporting.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Monitor budget performance and provide insights on deviations from budgeted figures.
- Data Management: Maintain and update financial databases ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Extract and analyze data from various financial systems.
- Compliance and Audits: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather necessary financial information and support crossfunctional projects. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business initiatives.
- AdHoc Analysis: Perform adhoc financial analysis and special projects as required by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
- 24 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related roles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Types: Fulltime Permanent
Pay: From BD800.000 per month
