Spectrum Search is excited to present a unique opportunity for a Senior Financial Planning & Analyst to join a pioneering decentralized finance platform. This role is essential for integrating trusted, verifiable real-world data into blockchain applications. As a remote position, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic insights through financial forecasting and data analysis, empowering leadership decisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Forecasting Models: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial forecasting models that generate insightful reports for stakeholders.

• Revenue Tracking and Analysis: Monitor revenue streams, perform budget variance analysis, and provide detailed cash flow insights to ensure financial stability and growth.

• Performance Comparisons: Conduct ongoing analyses comparing budgeted and actual results. Highlight key insights and trends to leadership, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

• Financial Summaries: Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial summaries to inform and support strategic capital initiatives.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to effectively manage capital and provide analytical support for decision-making processes.

Desired candidate profile

What You’ll Bring:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required. A CFA or Certified Accountant designation is a plus.

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in financial planning and analysis, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in the crypto sector and capital allocation strategies.

• Financial Modelling Skills: Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling and forecasting in dynamic environments, showcasing the ability to adapt to rapid changes.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills are a must, along with familiarity with financial platforms such as SAP or Hyperion.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills are essential, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
