Are you a recent graduate with a finance background looking to gain valuable experience in a flexible, part-time role? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are a small but growing recruitment business in search of a dedicated Finance Assistant to help us manage essential administrative tasks on a part-time basis, just a few hours each month.

Role Overview

As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and sending invoices, preparing and managing timesheets, and assisting with various finance-related administrative duties. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and Send Invoices: You will be responsible for generating accurate invoices for our clients. Attention to detail is vital, as this ensures that our billing process runs smoothly and efficiently.

  2. Prepare and Manage Timesheets: Keeping track of employee hours is essential for accurate payroll and project management. You will assist in compiling and managing timesheets, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.

  3. Support Finance-Related Admin Duties: You will assist with various administrative tasks related to finance. This may include data entry, filing documents, and helping prepare financial reports.
