What s the Job
As a Business Development Sales Representative you will be our driving force behind scheduling meetings building a sales pipeline and fostering strong partnerships. This role is all about driving growth through outbound calls enhancing the sales funnel and supporting clients as they embark on their cloud journey.

Shift: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST

Daily Challenges You ll Conquer (Responsibilities):
- Drive business growth by scheduling sales meetings through outbound calls and managing prospects effectively to close sales.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline enhancing the sales funnel for optimal performance.
- Foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including Microsoft to support business development goals.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients focusing on lead generation in the LATAM market.
- Identify new lead prospects through provided lists internet research and various social media platforms.
- Conduct outbound sales activities using a sales engagement platform to connect with potential clients.
- Respond promptly to all inbound leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Independently close smaller projects such as workshops and assessments.
- For larger projects qualify leads and schedule appointments with key decisionmakers (Directors and CLevel executives).
- Support the entire sales process for Spanishspeaking clients by collaborating with Sales and Presales teams.
- Work closely with partners including Microsoft to understand market strategies and drive business development initiatives.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail accuracy and time management.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment including Operations Customer Support Sales and Marketing.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish including reading and writing.
