• Supervisingthe overall mentionsover social media platforms not limited toFacebook and Instagram,and engage with the social media users.
• Manage theorganisation's online presence bydeveloping a strategy,producing good content, analysing usage data,facilitating customerservice and managing projects.
• Building a social mediapresence by maintaining a solid onlinepresence.
• Supportin building a strong content calendarfor the year with allfestivities, important national andinternational days, propertybased events and a regular calendar andmonitor the deployment ofcontent accordingly, with the propertiesand for the centralaccounts.
• Research and evaluate thelatest trends andtechniques in order to find new and better ways ofmeasuring socialmedia activity.
• Regular knowledgetransfers with thebest practices and key metrics to thehotelteams.
