Job Description
As a Customer Support Representative you ll be the vital link between our mobile tire changing service and our valued customers. You ll manage a high volume of inquiries via phone and text utilizing cuttingedge VoIP and CRM systems to schedule appointments and ensure smooth operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a seasonal business experiencing the excitement of peak periods while developing valuable skills in customer service scheduling and automotive knowledge. You ll play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our mobile technicians and contributing to the overall success of our innovative service model.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and texts with professionalism and efficiency
- Utilize VoIP system to manage all communications effectively
- Schedule and manage appointments using our CRM system
- Provide detailed information about our services and address customer inquiries
- Conduct outbound calls for appointment confirmations and followups
- Optimize daily schedules to maximize efficiency for our mobile technicians
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to ensure smooth operations
- Address and escalate customer concerns appropriately
- Adapt to varying workloads during peak seasons (OctoberDecember and MarchMay)
Requirements
- Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using VoIP systems and CRM software or willingness to learn quickly
- Strong customer service orientation with a problemsolving mindset
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during highvolume periods
- Reliable highspeed internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Flexibility to potentially adjust working hours as the business grows
- Basic understanding of automotive terminology particularly related to tires (preferred but not required)
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
